I was nervous trying a new mechanic shop out, but was reassured many times over as Justin demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and knowledge pertaining to a answering all of my questions and concerns. The communication was consistent and the loaner vehicle was beyond courteous. They so offer a great lineup of discounts that come with full synthetic oil changes. I would recommend anyone that needs an oil change or any car service to go see Justin and crew at KOZAK’S shop. I personally had a very pleasant experience recently and felt very comfortable while waiting, the service was quick and competent. My truck runs even better having upgraded to full synthetic oil. Plus they offer such an Incredible deal that no place else could come close to beating. Yes!!! Take your car to KOZAK’S auto shop if you need Anything done with your vehicle. You’ll be happy you did. I called in and spoke with Josh (the manager) today and I just want to say he was a breath of fresh air after feeling like I was getting the runaround from a mechanic I’ve been using for a while. Josh took the time to actually listen, broke everything down clearly, and explained what I should be looking out for instead of rushing me off the phone. He also told me to come in anytime if I feel something isn’t right and that level of reassurance really meant a lot.

Service was fast and friendly, they really went out of their way to make me feel like I wasn't drowning with my car issues. Knowledgeable, but most importantly to me they never felt pushy. And they customers back and make threats about taking down true comments about their work horrible service they even lied on Carshield website said they couldn’t find it charged $1500 for tires & wheel bearings lied and said it didn’t need a transmission it does after finding out by going to a honest shop also
